대한태권도협회 경기규칙 제정 및 개정 기록에 관한 오류

A Study on Error about Recording of Enactment and Amendment of Competition Rules in Korea Taekwondo Association

[KRM 바로가기] [2011년 학문후속세대양성_학술연구교수(인문사회)] 잃어버린 대한태권도협회 제정 및 개정 경기규칙을 찾아서 이 연구는 대한태권도협회 경기규칙 제정 및 개정 기록에 관한 오류와 문제점을 발견하고, 이러한 오류와 문제점을 규명해서 바로잡기 위한 목적으로 고찰한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 현재 대한태권도협회에서 공시하고 있는 태권도 경기규칙 1973년 5월 28일 제정 및 이후 17차례의 개정 기록은 오류였다. 따라서 이 연구에서 각 년도별 태권도 경기규칙 관련 자료(대한태수도협회 경기규정, 대한태권도협회 태권도 경기규칙(해설)과 규약, 기술심의회규정, 경기분과위원회 규정 및 세칙, 심판분과위원회 규정 및 세칙 등)를 비교·분석한 결과 대한태권도협회 경기규칙은 1962년 11월 3일 제정 및 이후 34차례 개정으로 수정해서 바로잡아야 한다고 결론하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine and correct the errors about recording of enactment and amendment of competition rules in Korea Taekwondo Association(KTA). Through this study, the following conclusion were drawn; now, recording of official notice about enactment on May 28th in 1973 and amendments of 17th at KTA was wrong. Therefore this study was to compare and analyze data about annual competition rules of Teakwondo in KTA. At the conclusion, the result of this study was to correct again recording about enactment November 3rd in 1962 and amendment of 34th at KTA.
