스포츠산업 진흥법에 관한 연구

Study on the Sports Industrial Promotion Act

경제발전에 의한 소득증대와 여가시간의 확대로 인하여 스포츠가 활성화되었고, 이와 더불어 스포츠산업분야도 비약적인 변화를 초래하였다. 국가는 스포츠산업을 보다 체계적으로 육성시키기 위해 노력하고 있다. 이에 따라 스포츠산업을 위한 국가의 지원정책을 실현하기 위해 스포츠산업진흥법을 제정하였다. 그러나 스포츠산업진흥법이 보다 실효적으로 적용되기 위해서는 많은 문제점들을 포함하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제점들을 정리하여 이에 대한 해결방안을 제시하여 보고자 한다.

The sports have been activated with income augmentation in compliance with an economic development and enlargement of leisure time, and also the sports industry sector brought about a rapid change. Now the Korean Government is endeavoring to support the sports industry which it rears systematically. It follows hereupon so that it comes true the support policy of the nation for a sports industry, the Sports Industrial Promotion Act would have to be established. But there are number of legal problems which we have to solve, before SIPA is applied effectively. The research was presented the alternative plan under arranging the problems against hereupon.
