사회복지전공 학부생들의 코로나19 이후 사회복지 현장실습 경험 연구

A Study on the Field Experience of Social Welfare Students after COVID-19: Based on social welfare center

본 연구는 코로나 이후 실습 교육에 어려움이 있는 사회복지 현장에 도움이 되기 위해 예비사회복지사 9명을 대상으로 실습 과정에서 도움이 되었던 실습내용에 대해 인터뷰하였다. 인터뷰 내용을 분석 한 결과, 코로나 이후 현장실습에서 도움이 되었던 실습내용으로 “멀티미디어화”, “코로나 속에서의 소통”, “코로나 상황에 맞춰나감”이라는 주제를 상정할 수 있었다. 코로나 상황 속에서 실습 교육을 경험한 연구 참여자들은 자신들이 예상했던 실습현장과 달랐고, 클라이언트를 직접 대면할 수 없는 아쉬움을 토로하기도 했지만, 새로운 현장에서 문제를 해결해 나가는 경험 또한 참여자들에게 의미 있는 경험이었음을 알 수 있었다. 이들에게 클라이언트와 대면할 수 있는 상황도 현장이고, 대면할 수 없는 상황도 현장이었던 것이다. 본 연구 결과는 코로나 이후 실습 교육을 시행하지 않은 기관에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이며, 변화된 상황에 현장이 어떻게 대응해 나가고 있는지, 그리고 그 변화된 사회복지 현장을 통해 교육 또한 변화되어야 함을 제언하고 있다.

This study interviewed the contents of practical training experienced by nine prospective social workers to help the social welfare filed where practical education has become difficult due to COVID-19. Through analysis of the interview contents, researchers was able to postulate three themes as educational contents that helped in field practice after the COVID-19 outbreak: multimediaization, communication in corona, and adjustment to COVID-19 situations. And this study produced results that can be beneficial to field training in three aspects. First, it can be helpful for institutions that have not conducted practical training since COVID-19. This is because this study presents educational contents that were useful for the social welfare field training. Second, this study shows how the social welfare filed for practical training has changed due to COVID-19. And it also helps us understand how social welfare field has adapted to the new environment changed by COVID-19. Third, the various information obtained from this study will also be helpful in nurturing and educating social workers.
