의미연결망을 활용한 요양보호사 실습콘텐츠의 설계를 위한 요구분석

Needs Analysis for Design of Nursing Care Practice Contents Using Semantic Network Analysis Method: Based on Activity Theory

이 연구는 요양보호사를 위한 실습콘텐츠 설계를 위해서 활동이론을 그 분석의 틀로 하여 요구를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 요양보호사의 실습콘텐츠 요구분석을 위해서 서울시 소재 요양보호시설에 근무하는 34명의 요양보호사와 요양보호사 관리자들에게 인터뷰를 실시하였으며, 실습콘텐츠를 설계하기 위한 요구분석을 하였다. 요구분석을 위한 질문지는 활동이론의 행위영역인 주체-목적-도구를 중심으로 구성하였다. 분석을 위해서 한국어 텍스트 분석 소프트웨어인 KrKwic(Korea Key Words in Context)과 사회연결망 분석 소프트웨어인 Ucinet의 넷드로(Netdraw) 기능을 활용하여 요양시설 종사자들의 의견에 나타난 주제어들의 중심성(centrality)을 확인하였다. 중심성은 계량화 된 측정지표인 연결정도중심성(degree centrality), 매개중심성(betweenness centrality), 근접중심성(closeness centrality)으로 나누어 살펴보았고, 의미연결망으로 시각화하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 다양한 상황에서 업무 숙달에 대한 교육을 습득한 후 현장에 적용하고자 하는 요구, 다양한 상황에서 적용할 수 있는 실제적인 교육에 대한 요구, 대면과 비대면을 혼합한 형태의 반복학습이 가능한 온라인 교육에 대한 요구를 확인하였다. 이 연구는 의미연결망을 통해 요양보호사들의 실습콘텐츠에 대한 요구를 분석할수 있는 가능성과 현장에 적용할 수 있는 실습콘텐츠의 설계 측면에서 교육적 시사점이 있다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs of nursing care caregivers and nursing care managers using the theory of activity as a framework for analysis for designing practical contents of nursing care caregivers. In order to analyze the needs of nursing care caregivers, interviews were conducted with 34 nursing care workers and managers of nursing care workers working in nursing care facilities in Seoul, and a needs analysis was conducted to design practical contents. The questionnaire for needs analysis was organized through the subjectpurpose-tool, which is the action area of activity theory. For analysis, Korean text analysis software KrKwic (Korea Key Words in Context) and Ucinet s Netdraw function, a social network analysis software, were used to confirm the centrality of the key words expressed in the opinions of nursing home workers. Centrality was examined by dividing into quantified measurement indicators such as degree centrality, betweenness centrality, and closeness centrality, and then visualized and analyzed as a semantic network. As a result of the study, the demand to apply to the field after acquiring training on work mastery in various situations, the demand for practical education that can be applied in various situations, online education that allows repeated learning in a form that combines face-to-face and non-face-to-face were drawn as main needs for practical contents of nursing care caregivers. This study has educational implications in terms of the possibility of analyzing the needs of nursing care providers for practical content through a semantic network and the design of practical content that can be applied to the field.
