성인학습의 관점에서 본 생애사에 역할

The Role of Life History in the Adult Learning: A Case of Kim Ji-hye

이 연구는 성인 학습자의 학습 생애사를 탐색하여 학습 생애사가 성인학습에 어떠한 역할을 하는가를 알아 보기 위한 연구이다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 김지혜의 케이스를 출생에서 현재까지 성인 학습이론의 관점에서 학습 생애를 살펴보았다. 그리고 과거의 학습경험이 학습자의 삶에 어떠한 의미가 부여됐는지 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습생애사는 구성주의적 째러다임을 가지며 학습생애의 탐구는 성인학습자가 과거의 학습과정에 대한 화상과 평가를 함으로써 현재의 자기 모습을 보다 더 이해할 수 있는 계기를 제공하여주었다. 둘째, 학습 생애사는 Jarvis의 성인학습 모델인 성찰적, 비성찰적인 학습 형태를 가지며 경험의 재해석은 학습자의 학습패턴을 이해할 수 있게 하여 미래의 학습을 계획하는데 핵심적 역할을 하였다. 셋째, 학습생애의 탐구는 Knowles의 앤드라고지 이론의 특성을 가지며 성인학습자의 평생학습적 요구를 알게 하고 학습 참여의 동기를 불러일으켰다. 이 연구의 시사점은 학습 생애사 연구는 성인학습자가 자신을 이해할 수 있는 계기를 제공하여주고, 평생학습을 계획하고 학습 동기를 부여하는데 있는 것이다. 연구의 공헌점은 향후 학습 생애사를 하나의 학습이론으로 개발할 수 있다는 것이다.

This study is to recognize by any role to education life in adult leaming as search for leaming life history of adult learners. In order to achieve the study objectives, I looked into education life in viewpoint of adult learning theory in birth to a case of Kim Jihye so far. An and historic learning experience analyzed what kind of meaning was given to life of student. The results of this study are as follows. First, Learning Life History had a constructivist paradigm, and the research of an education life adult student provided a recollection regarding a historic education process and the gauge which you evaluated, and can understand more current own figure. Second, Learning Life History has a reflective and non-reflective form of Jarvis`s learning model of adult learning and Reinterpretation of the experience was able to understand the learning patterns of learners, a key role in planning the future of learning. Third, Research of an Learning Life History had a characteristic of Andragogy theory of Knowles, and Lifelong of adult learners needs to know, and Sparked the motivation for learning. The implications of this study are as follows. Learning Life history research that Adult learners, provides the to give himself an opportunity to understand, that Contribution to the future learning biographical one theory of learning that you can develop it.
