Correlation between Academic Achievement in each course of study and I.Q and Personal Traits were as follows:1. There was a tendency for academic in Social studies, Mathematics, Science and English to be related to intelligence and Personal Traits:All the courses mentioned above were related with I.Q and Dominance. 2. Personal Traits tended to be related to Academic Achievement according to the developmental stage. For first year students Reflectiveness was the primary personal Traits, while it was the least for second year students, In Social studies, socialization was the primarily related trait for first year students, while it was the least for second year students. In all the courses Dominance was the least related for second year students. 3. While Dominance tended to be related to all the courses, certain personal traits were more closely related to particular courses, for example, Impulsiveness to Social Studies, Reflectiveness to Mathematics, Sciences and Socialibility to English.
