장미 수분 횟수 및 호르몬 처리에 따른 결실율 향상

Times of Pollination and Hormone Treatment for Improving Fruit-set on Rosa hybrida

국내·외 경쟁력 있는 국산장미를 조기 선발하여 외국 품종 종묘 입식비로 인한 로열티 절감, 외국품종 대비 가격 경쟁력, 수출 적합 및 해외 출원 등 우수한 국산 품종 개발을 위한 목적으로 결실률을 높여 다양한 개체에서 우수한 품종을 선발하는데 도움이 되고자 수행하였다. 장미의 수분 횟수에 따른 결실률은 3회 실시가 적당하며, 과실내 종자수 및 과실 횡경의 크기는 수분 횟수가 증가할수록 과실 내 종자수도 증가하였다. 장미 교배 효율을 높여 결실률을 높이기 위한 지베렐린 (GA) 처리 결과는 스탠다드 조합에서 무처리 13.3%, 0일 후 26.7%, 5일 후 40.0%, 10일 후 처리에서 53.3%로 무처리에 비해 10일 후 GA 처리 시 40.0% 높게 나타났으며, 스프레이 장미 조합에서도 비슷한 경향을 보였다.

Domestic rose breeders should obtaining lots of seeds with variations for developing a domestic rose cultivar with competitiveness from home to abroad. This study was conducted to investigate the realationship between times of pollination and hormone treatment after artificial pollination on Rosa hyprida. Increasing the number of seed the appropriate number of pollination is considered to be 3 times and The percentage of crossing and the number of seeds in fruits can be increased by spreading the GA after 10 days.
