초등학교 학부모의 방과후학교 만족도에 대한 종단적 분석 : 대구광역시를 중심으로

The Longitudinal Analysis on Elementary School Parent s Satisfaction of After-School Program: Focusing on Daegu Metropolitan City

본 연구는 대구교육종단연구 1차년도(2017)~3차년도(2019) 데이터를 통하여 초등학교 학부모들의 방과후학교에 대한 종단적인 만족도의 변화 그리고 변화에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구에서 설정한 연구문제는 첫째, 초등학교 학부모의 방과후학교 만족도 인식 변화의 패턴은 어떠한가? 둘째, 초등학교 학부모의 방과후학교 만족도 인식 변화에 영향을 주는 요인은 무엇인가?이다. 이를 위하여 잠재성장모형을 적용하여 종단적인 변화와 변화에 영향을 주는 요인들의 관련성을 분석하였다. 연구결과 초등학교 학부모들의 방과후학교 만족도 초기치에 문화활동(.117, p<.05), 학교활동참여(-.090, p<.05), 학교교육만족도(.576, p<.01)가 통계적으로 유의미하게 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 변화율에는 학교교육만족도(-.097, p<.05)만이 영향을 주고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 초등학교 학부모들의 방과후학교 만족도 개선을 위한 몇 가지 정책적 시사점도 제시하였다.

This study analyzes the factors influencing parents satisfaction with after-school programs and their change in elementary school by using a sample from DELS (Daegu Education Longitudinal Survey) 1 (2017) ~3 (2019) data. The research questions in this study are as follow. First, what is the pattern of changes in elementary school parents perception of satisfaction with after-school programs? Second, what factors influence changes in elementary school parents’ perception of satisfaction with the after-school program? To this end, the LGM (latent growth model) was applied to analyze the relationship between longitudinal changes and factors influencing the changes. As a result of the study, cultural activities (.117, p<.05), participation in school activities (-.090, p<.05), and satisfaction with school education (.576, p<.01) were statistically significant at the initial level (intercept) of satisfaction of elementary school parents after school. The rate of change (slope) was influenced by the satisfaction with school education (-.097, p<.05). Based on this, this study suggested some policy implications for improving the satisfaction of elementary school parents with the after-school program.
