참학력 기반 고등학교 운영사례를 통한 혁신교육과정 분석

Analysis of High School Innovation Curriculum Based on Authentic Achievement

이 연구는 전북지역 참학력 기반 고등학교의 운영사례 분석을 통해 혁신교육과정의 구현 양상을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전북지역 4개 혁신고교를 선정, 혁신교육과정 운영계획서를 토대로 교장 및 담당교사 8명의 심층면담을 실시하였다. 이렇게 분석된 참학력 기반 고등학교의 혁신교육과정 구현 양상은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 따뜻한 학교공동체 조성은 (1) 긍정적 자아개념 형성 지도, (2) 따뜻한 학교풍토를 위한 등굣길 기운주기 및 사제동행 멘토링, (3) 인간의 존엄성을 인정하는 학교 문화, (4) 함께 도움을 주고받는 경험문화 프로그램 등을 통해 이루어지고 있었다. 둘째, 민주적 자치공동체 구축은 (1) 열린 학교 운영, (2) 민주적 학생문화 형성, (3) 지역사회 교육네트워크 구축, (4) 민주적 의사결정 등의 프로그램을 통해 이루어지고 있었다. 셋째, 전문적 학습공동체 운영은 (1) 수업혁신, 수업공개 및 컨설팅, (2) 수업 전문성 향상을 위한 자기계발 지원, (3) 전문가 초청 강연 및 전문성 신장 연수, (4) 수업역량 강화를 위한 학습공동체 구축 및 지원 등의 프로그램을 통해 이루어지고 있었다. 넷째, 참학력 기반 혁신교육과정 운영은 (1) 교육과정 혁신, (2) 수업 혁신, (3) 평가 혁신, (4) 진로집중 교육과정 운영 등을 통해 이루어지고 있었다.

This study analyzed the curriculum of innovative high schools and explored ways to implement the innovative high school curriculum based on the authentic achievement. The research method is as follows. Four innovative high schools in Jeonbuk were selected, and in-depth interviews were conducted with the principal and eight teachers in charge on the operation of the innovative curriculum. The research results are as follows. First, a program was being operated to form a school culture that respected and helped each other so that a positive self-concept could be formed in order to build an inclusive school community. Second, to create a democratic autonomous community, a program for democratic decision -making was being operated based on the cooperative relationship of students, teachers, parents, and the local community. Third, for the operation of a professional learning community, lectures by experts, teacher training, and programs to support club activities were being operated. Fourth, an innovative curriculum based on authentic achievement in education was being operated through innovation in curriculum, class, and evaluation.
