The Content Composition and System of Practice and Oriental Therapy Practice Textbooks

연구 목적: 이 연구는 이료교과 중 실기교과에 해당하는 실기실습 및 이료실기실습 교과서 내용 구성과 체제를 알아보기 위한 목적에서 수행되었다. 연구 방법: 연구에 사용된 원문 자료는 2008년 특수교육 교육과정에 따른 실기실습 교과서와 2015년 특수교육 교육과정에 따른 이료실기실습 교과서 2종이며, 두 교과서는 모두 6개 대단원으로 구성되어 있어, 이를 수기요법, 자극요법, 임상 실습의 세 범주로 나누어 각 내용 구성과 체제를 질적 내용 분석하였다. 연구 결과: 실기실습 및 이료실기실습 교과서는 이료인에게 안마, 마사지, 지압 실습과 응용뿐 아니라 침구술, 전기치료를 통해 보다 인체에 유효한 자극을 주기 위한 방법을 제시하고 있으며, 더 나아가 학습한 내용을 현장에 직접 적용하도록 하는 능력을 기르도록 내용 구성과 체제를 갖추고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 실기실습 및 이료실기실습 교과서는 실습 내용을 광범위하고 다양하게 다루고 있어 실습에 대한 구체적이고 깊이 있는 내용 구성과 체제를 확보하려면 지속적인 보완 필요성이 제기된다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the content composition and system of practice and Oriental therapy practice textbooks as part of practice subjects for Oriental therapy. Method: Text materials used in the study were two textbooks including the Practice textbook based on the Special Education Curriculum of 2008 and the Oriental therapy practice textbook based on the Special Education Curriculum of 2015. Both the textbooks were organized in six large units, and they were categorized into hand therapy, stimulation therapy, and clinical practice to conduct qualitative content analysis of them in content composition and system. Results: The practice and Oriental therapy practice textbooks were organized in a content composition and system that would propose Oriental therapists methods to give more valid stimuli to the human body through the acupuncture and moxibustion techniques and electrotherapy as well as the Oriental massage, massage, and acupressure practice and application and help them increase the ability of applying what they learned to the field. Conclusion: The practice and Oriental therapy practice textbooks covered the content of practice in broad and diverse ways, which raises a need to supplement them consistently to secure specific and profound content composition and systems for practice.
