본 연구의 목적은 장애인의 직업적 능력을 유형화하고, 유형화한 직업적 능력이 장애인의 노동 불안정성에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이다. 이를 실증적으로 검증하기 위하여 2020년 장애인고용패널 2차웨이브 5차조사 자료를 활용하여 만 19~68세의 장애인 임금근로자 1,504명을 분석하였다. 잠재프로파일분석을 통해 직업적 능력 하위유형을 파악하고, 다항 로지스틱 회귀분석으로 직업적 능력 유형과 인구사회학적, 장애, 노동시장 요인을 반영한 통제변수가 노동 불안정성에 미치는 영향력을 확인하였다. 잠재프로파일 분석 결과 고수준 집단, 평균형 집단, 저수준 집단으로 정량적 수준에 따라 3개의 집단으로 분류되었다. 또한 직업적 능력의 수준은 장애인의 노동 불안정성에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 드러났다. 연구 결과를 토대로 직업적 능력 수준에 따라 서로 다른 고용지원 서비스를 제공할 필요가 있다는 점, 개별적 능력에 따라 직무훈련 등을 통해 직업적 능력을 개발하여야 한다는 점을 지적하였다. 또한 장애유형보다 직업적 능력이 장애인의 노동시장 성과를 잘 설명하므로 향후 직무 및 개인적 능력을 반영한 근로능력 평가 도구가 개발되어야 함을 제언하였다.
The purpose of this study is to classify the occupational abilities of people with disabilities and to identify the effects of occupational ability types on labor precariousness in the disabled. To confirm this, 1,504 disabled wage-worker aged 19 to 68 years were analyzed using the data from Panel Survey of Employment for People with Disabilities (PSED) in 2020. Occupational ability subgroups are identified using Latent Profile Analysis (LPA), and multinomial logistic regression was used to determine the impact of occupational ability types and control variables reflecting sociodemographicl, disability and labor market factors on labor precariousness. As a result of the latent profile analysis, high-level groups, medium-level groups, and low-level groups were classified into three groups according to quantitative levels. In addition, the level of occupational ability significantly affected the labor precariousness of people with disabilities. Based on the results, it was suggested that different employment support services need to be provided depending on the level of occupational abilities. It was also suggested that labor capacity assessment tools should be developed that reflect job and personal abilities in the future, as occupational abilities better explain the labor market performance of people with disabilities than disability types.
