진로성숙도의 종단적 변화와 자유학기제 학생 만족도와의 구조적 관계 분석

A Study on the structural relationship between the longitudinal change in career maturity and the free-semester system of Student Satisfaction

이 연구는 자유학기제 정책 목표의 달성 여부 확인을 위해 출발하였다. 자유학기제 정책 검증을 위해 종속변수에는 진로성숙도 개념을 도입하였고, 독립변수는 자유학기제 학생만족도로 설정하였다. 또한, 진로성숙도의 개념에 비추어 잠재성장 모형이 연구의 모형으로 적합하다고 판단하였다. 이러한 가정을 바탕으로 자유학기제의 학생 만족도와 진로성숙도의 인식 수준 비교, 진로성숙도의 종단적 변화, 자유학기제와 진로성숙도의 종단적 변화를 통계적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 자유학기제의 학생 만족도와 진로성숙도는 낮지 않은 수준을 보였다. 둘째, 독립변인이 투입되지 않은 무조건 모형에서 학년에 따른 진로성숙도의 종단적 변화가 통계적으로 의미가 있었다. 셋째, 독립변인이 투입된 조건 모형에서는 자유학기제의 학생 만족도는 진로성숙도에 초기 인식 수준과 인식 수준 변화에 모두에 영향을 주고 있었다. 결론적으로 자유학기제는 정책 목표를 달성하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 지역 및 단위학교 간 자유학기제 운영 수준의 차이가 없도록 지원을 고려해야 하고, 자유학기제 이후 비교과 활동을 활용하여 진로성숙도를 유지하는 방안과 고등학교 과정에서 진로성숙도를 향상하는 방안의 필요성 등을 제언하였다.

This study was started to check whether the free semester system policy goal was achieved. The concept of career maturity was introduced to verify the free semester system policy, and the potential growth model was judged to be suitable as a research model in light of the concept of career maturity. As a result of the analysis, first, student satisfaction and career maturity were not low. Second, in the unconditional model, the longitudinal change in career maturity according to grade was statistically significant. Third, in the conditional model, student satisfaction in the free semester system had an effect on both the initial value and the slope of career maturity. In conclusion, the free semester system was analyzed to be achieving the policy goals. Based on the research results, support should be considered so that there is no difference in the level of operation of the free semester system between regional and unit schools, In middle school, they suggested a plan to maintain career maturity by using extracurricular activities after the free semester system, and the necessity of a plan to improve career maturity in the high school course.
