이중매개분석을 적용한 농업인의 영농성과와 영농교육만족도, 영농교육성취도 및 현업적용도의 관계 분석

Analysis of The Relationship Between Farmers Performance and Satisfaction with Farming Education, Achievement of Farming Education, and Field Application by Applying Double-mediated Analysis

이 연구는 농업교육 평가 맥락에서 지속적으로 연구되는 영농성과, 영농교육만족도, 영농교육성취도 및 현업적용도의 관계를 실증적으로 구명하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 Hayes(2012)의 SPSS PROCESS Macro Model 6을 활용하였으며 이중매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영농교육만족도는 영농성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는다. 둘째, 영농교육만족도와 영농성과의 관계에서 영농교육성취도의 매개효과는 유의하다. 셋째, 영농교육만족도와 영농성과의 관계에서 현업적용도의 매개효과는 유의하지 않다. 넷째, 영농교육만족도는 영농교육성취도를 높이며, 이는 현업적용도를 높여 결과적으로 영농성과에 간접적인 영향을 끼친다. 연구결과를 기반으로 영농성과의 평가 지표 반영, 수료생 대상 후속 관리 프로그램 운영 등을 시사점을 제안하였다.

This study empirically attempted to investigate the relationship between farming performance, satisfaction with farming education achievement, and field application continuously studied in the context of agricultural education evaluation. To this end, Hayes (2012) s SPSS PROCESS Macro Model 6 was used and the double mediation effect was verified. The research results are as follows. First, satisfaction with farming education does not directly affect farming performance. Second, the mediating effect of farming education achievement is significant in the relationship between satisfaction with farming education and farming performance. Third, the mediating effect of field application is not significant in the relationship between satisfaction with farming education and farming performance. Fourth, satisfaction with farming education increases farming education achievement, which increases field application and, as a result, indirectly affects farming performance. Based on the research results, implications were proposed for reflecting evaluation indicators of farming performance and operating follow-up management programs for graduates.
