유아교사의 종교성과 정서표현성, 교사효능감 및 수업 화법 간의 구조적 관계

Structural Relationships Among Young Children Teachers Religiosity, Emotional Expressivity, Teacher Efficacy, and Class Communication Skills

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 종교성과 정서표현성, 교사효능감 및 수업화법 간의 구조적 관계 를 파악하는 것이었다. 연구대상은 서울과 경기도 및 경상남북도에 소재하는 유아교육기관의 재직 교사 219명이었다. 설문지 조사를 통해 수집된 자료에 대해 빈도분석과 기술통계분석, 상관분석 및 구조방정식 모형분석이 시행되어졌다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사의 종교성 중 내향성은 정서표현성(r=.31, p<.001), 교사효능감(r=.37, p<.001) 및 수업화법(r=.36, p<.001)과 각각 정적 상관관계가 나타났으며, 외향성은 정서표현성(r=.26, p<.01), 교사효능감(r=.23, p<.01) 및 수업화법(r=.21, p<.01)과 각각 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 종교성 중 내향적 성향만이 정서표현성( =.24, t=2.25, p<.05)과 교사효능감( =.30, t=3.20, p<.01)에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤고, 유아교사의 정서표현성은 교사효능감( =.45, t=5.59, p<.001)에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 교사효능감은 수업화법( =.82, t=10.26, p<.001)에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다.

The aim of this study was to examine the structural relationships among young children teachers religiosity, emotional expressivity, teacher efficacy, and class communication skills. The subjects of this study were 219 teachers who worked in kindergartens and daycare centers of Seoul, Gyeounggi-Do, Gyeoungsang-Do. The results of this study were as follows. First, there were significant positive correlations among young children teachers religiosity, emotional expressivity, teacher efficacy, and class communication skills respectively(r=.21, p<.01~r=37, p<.001). Second, there was a significant effects of young children teachers intrinsic religiosity of on their emotional expressivity(β=.24, t=2.25, p<.05) and teacher efficacy(β=.30, t=3.20, p<.01) respectively. There was a significant effects of young children teachers emotional expressivity on their teacher efficacy(β=.45, t=5.59, p<.001). And there was a significant effects of young children teachers teacher efficacy on their class communication skills(β=.82, t=10.26, p<.001).
