치유에 대한 종교교육적 접근

The Religious Educational Accesses In Healing: From Daesoonjinrihoi Standpoint

우리사회의 ‘힐링(Healing)’열풍은 힐링캠프, 힐링요가, 힐링여행 등에서 단적으로 찾아볼 수 있다. 캠프, 요가, 여행 자체가 벌써 심신의 치유라는 의미가 내재되어 있음에도 불구하고 힐링이라는 수식어를 사용하여 ‘치유’의 의미를 더 강조하고 있기 때문이다. 몇 해 전만 하더라도 ‘웰빙’이 대세였던 점에 비추어 볼 때, 현대사회를 대표하는 아이콘이 되어버린 ‘힐링’이라는 용어를 통해 현대인들이 느끼는 심신의 피로현상을 가늠해볼 수 있다. 종교나 교육은 모두 인간을 그 대상으로 삼으며, 그 변화의 방향은 바람직하다는 지향성을 지니고 있다. 그런 의미에서 심신이 지친 현대인으로 하여금 내재되어 있는 인간의 본질을 회복시킬 수 있는 종교교육은 인간에 대한 전인적(全人的) 치유에 해당하는 셈이 된다. 그러므로 종교교육은 피교육자가 원숙한 인간이 될 수 있도록 내재되어 있는 본연의 모습을 잘 이끌어 낼 수 있는 교육이 되어야 한다. 본 논문은 치유를 종교교육적으로 어떻게 접근할 것인가와 관련하여 대순진리회의 입장을 밝히는 것이 목적이다. 치유와 관련하여 대순진리회의 입장을 논의함에 있어, 먼저 대순진리회 치유프로그램의 사상적 배경을 19세기 말의 시대적 상황과 민중의식을 바탕으로 증산의 시대인식을 통해 살펴볼 것이며, 이를 바탕으로 현재 대순진리회에서 이루어지고 있는 치유프로그램을 개인치유와 사회치유로 나누어서 설명할 것이다. 마지막으로 대순진리회에서 진행하고 있는 청소년치유프로그램으로서의 청소년캠프 현황을 바탕으로 청소년캠프의 과제를 고민해 보고, 전망을 제시하는 것으로 마무리를 짓고자 한다. 종교적으로 미성숙 단계에 있는 청소년들을 대상으로 하는 치유프로그램으로서의 종교교육이 어떠한 형태로 이루어져야하는지는 중요 관심사에 분명하다. 청소년은 국가⋅사회의 동량이자 성숙한 시민으로 성장할 존재이며, 건전한 종교문화를 창달할 내재적 신앙인이기 때문이다.

Healing is icon that represent modern society. At some point we are living in the term of healing such as healing camp, healing yoga, healing trip which already has the meaning of healing but rephrases it more by using the term of healing. Several years ago the term well-being was the general trend but in our society majority of people are still ill. The religion or education target all human being and the change in direction is more desirable. In that sense, religious study is the way to heal essence of human being to a perfect person. Therefore, religious education should be the education that educatee will be a mature man. The goal of this dissertation is how we approach healing into religion education in point of Daesoonjinrihoi. In discussion of healing from the prospect of Daesoonjinrihoi, we first will discuss about ideological foundations of Daesoonjinrihoi healing program based on late in the nineteenth century circumstance and Jeungsan’s awareness of time, and based on this information we will discuss current Daesoonjinrihoi healing program in two different group, personal healing and social healing. finally we will conclude this discussion by suggesting prospect from the youth healing camp which is on proceed by Daesoonjinrihoi. Religious education as a religious healing that targets the young men in the immature stage program is major concerns in our society. The youth is the pillar of national and society to grow as a mature citizen and develop the culture of religion.
