예비유아교사의 자아탄력성과 개인적 교수효능감의 관계에서 종교성의 매개효과

The Mediating Effects of Religiosity on the Relationships Between Ego-Resiliency and Personal Teaching Efficacy

본 논고에서는 예비유아교사의 자아탄력성과 개인적 교수효능감 간의 관계에서 종교성의 매개효과를 규명하여 종교성의 직ㆍ간접적 영향력을 확인하고자 하였다. 이는 보다 전문성을 지닌 유아교사가 되기 위한 개인의 심리적 조건들에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓히고, 나아가 종립대학 유아교사양성기관으로서 지향해야 할 종교성 함양의 교육학적 의미를 탐색하고자 하는 궁극적 연구목적이 있다. 연구대상은 경상북도 G시에 소재한 불교 종립대학 유아교육 관련 전공 대학생들로 총 114명이었다. 연구대상자들은 제공된 질문지에 자기보고로 응답하였다. 수집된 자료는 Spss 17.0 프로그램을 통해 빈도, %, 평균, 표준편차 등이 구해졌고, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석이 실시되어졌다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사들의 자아탄력성과 개인적 교수효능감은 평균이상으로 나타났고, 종교성은 평균수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 주요 변수인 자아탄력성과 개인적 교수효능감, 그리고 종교성 간에서 정적 상관성이 각각 나타났다. 셋째, 예비유아교사들의 자아탄력성과 개인적 교수효능감 간의 관계에서 종교성의 매개효과가 나타났다. 즉 자아탄력성이 클수록 종교성이 발달되고 이는 직, 간접적으로 개인적 교수효능감 발달에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 결론적으로, 유아교사로서의 전문성을 나타내는 지표로 인식되는 개인적 교수효능감을 발달시키기 위해서는 예비유아교사의 자아탄력성을 강화시키고 종교성을 함양시키는 것이 유용한 방안이 될 것이다. 이러한 관점에서 예비유아교사들의 종교성을 발달시키기 위한 다양한 방안이 함께 논의되어졌다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of religiosity on the relationships between ego-resilience and personal teaching efficacy of future teachers. The subjects for this study were 114 student teachers who were enrolled in the department of early childhood education at a Buddhist university in Gyoungsang-Do. Students responded Questionnaires. The collected data was analyzed through Spss Win 17.0. Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted for the data analysis. The results were as follows: First, the scores of ego-resiliency and personal teaching efficacy were higher than the score of religiosity. Second, there were significant correlations between religiosity and ego-resiliency, between ego-resiliency and teaching efficacy, and between teaching efficacy and religiosity respectively. Third, there was a mediating effects of religiosity on the relationships between ego-resiliency and personal teaching efficacy of student teachers. In conclusion, it is necessary to encourage student teachers to experience religious activity in and out of the campus.
