사회성 관련 변인 중심 국내 집단미술치료 연구동향

Trends of Group Art Therapy in Korea Focusingon Sociality- Related Variables:Review of Published Studies from 2000 to 2020

본 연구의 목적은 사회성 관련 변인 집단미술치료 연구의 전반적인 동향을 분석하는 것이다. 이러한 목적에 따라 2000년부터 2020년까지의 사회성 관련 변인 집단미술치료 연구를 분석함으로써 연구 대상별, 연구 유형별, 연구 내용별 연구 흐름을 파악하고자 하였다. 국내 학위논문 및 학술지 논문 총 200편을 대상으로 선정하였으며 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 연구 대상에서 연령별 분석은 아동이 가장 높은 빈도로 나타났으며 연구 대상은 환경적 변인이 높은 비중을 차지하였고, 연구 대상의 참여 인원은 4∼8명이 높은 빈도로 분석되었다. 연구유형에서 연구 방법은 통합 분석이 가장 많았으며 치료 총회기는 9∼16회기, 회기별 치료시간은 60분 이상이 높은 빈도로 나타났다. 검사 도구별 분석에서 양적 평가 검사 도구는 사회성 검사, 질적 평가 검사 도구는 개인별 회기 기록, 투사 검사 도구는 동적 학교 생활화(KSD)가 높은 빈도로 나타났다. 연구 내용에서 연구주제는 다중 변인이 많았으며. 프로그램 유형은 다중 프로그램이 가장 많이 분석되었다. 본 연구는 사회성 관련 변인 중심 집단미술치료의 연구 흐름을 파악하여 사용된 연구 도구, 프로그램 세부 분석을 살펴보았으며 사회성 관련 검사도구의 재정립과 연구 대상의 연령층 확대의 필요성을 고찰하였다는데 의의가 있다. 이를 바탕으로 사회성 관련집단미술치료 연구의 기반으로써 앞으로의 후속 연구와 임상현장의 기초자료가 되기를 기대한다.

This study analyzes the overall trend of group art therapy research on sociality-related variables. For this purpose, based on analyzing the topic from 2000 to 2020, the author attempted to understand the research flow by subject, method, and content. First, according to the analysis by age of the study subjects, children were found to have the highest frequency, and environmental variables accounted for a large proportion. The number of participants with the highest frequency was four to eight. Second, according to the examining the type of study in the research method, integrated analysis was the most frequent, and the total treatment sessions were nine to 16 sessions, the treatment time for each session was 60 minutes or more. In the analysis by assessment, the sociability test for the quantitative assessment, the individual session record for the qualitative assessment, and the Kinetic School Drawing (KSD) for the projective test showed the highest frequency. This study is meaningful in that it examines the necessity of expanding the age group of the study subjects, and detailed analysis of the research tools and programs used in identifying the research flow of group art therapy focusing on sociality-related variables. With this as the basis, it is expected to serve as the foundation for sociality-related group art therapy research and provide basic data for future research in the clinical field.
