수업분석(컨설팅) 사례 기반 연구 - H대학교 수업촬영분석을 중심으로 -

A Study based on the Case of Instructional Analysis(Consulting) - Focus on Instructional Videotaping Analysis at H University -

본 연구는 대학 교수자의 수업분석(컨설팅) 사례를 통하여 수업분석의 과정을 소개하고, 수업분석 과정에서 나타난 주요 특징들을 중심으로 수업개선을 통한 대학교육의 질 제고에 시사점을 제공하고자 하는데 있다. 이를 위해 H대학교 교수자 11명을 대상으로 촬영한 수업을 중심으로 수업분석 도구를 통하여 정성적, 정량적으로 분석하였다. 수업분석 도구는 조 벽(2012)의 수업분석 측정 도구를 사용하였으며, 수업촬영분석 평정표를 활용하여 보다 객관화된 분석결과를 도출하고자 하였다. 분석방법은 정성적 분석으로 수업전개분석, Teaching Style 분석, Presentation Style 분석과 정량적 분석으로 Teaching Style과 Presentation Style 영역을 Likert 5점 척도를 사용하여 평정하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 수업분석 도구를 통한 정성적 분석 예시와 수업촬영분석 평정표를 통한 정량적 분석 예시로 제시되었으며, 본 연구의 논의와 결론, 제언이 수업개선과 교육의 질 제고에 기여할 수 있길 기대한다.

This study introduces the process of instructional analysis(consulting) through the cases of instructional analysis of university professors, and focuses on the main characteristics of the instructional analysis process, and gives implications for improving the quality of university education. To this purpose, qualitative and quantitative instructional analysis was performed by instructional analysis tools. The results of this study were presented as examples of qualitative analysis using instructional analysis tools(instructional progress analysis, teaching style analysis and presentation style analysis) and quantitative analysis using instructional videotaping analysis rating tables. We expect that these discussions, conclusions and suggestions contribute to improve instruction and the quality of education.
