방과후학교의 연구 경향 및 방과후학교 연구 과제

Research Trend and Tasks in After-School Studies

본 연구는 2006년부터 2014년 6월까지 수행된 방과후학교 연구물들의 연구 경향과 추후 보다 중점적으로 수행되어야 할 방과후학교 연구 과제를 살펴보았다. 학술지 논문, 석․박사 논문, 기관 보고서가 분석 대상이 되었다. 방과후학교 연구가 이루어진 영역을 운영실태와 개선방안, 성과분석, 국제비교, 정책적 논의, 변인 간의 관계 분석, 민간참여(위탁운영, 대학사회적기업), 평가, 성격, 지도방안 및 모형, 운영체제, 예산, 기타 등의 영역으로 구분한 다음에, 분석대상별로 각 영역에서 어떤 연구들이 어느 정도의 비율로 수행되었는지를 분석하였다. 향후 보다 중점적으로 수행되어야 할 방과후학교 연구 과제로 방과후학교 성과분석 연구, 정책 수립 및 적용 과정 연구, 지역사회 자원의 발굴․연계․활용 방안 연구, 방과후학교의 환경과 교육적 효과 연구, 방과후학교 평가 연구, 방과후학교 재정 운영 연구, 방과후학교 국제비교 연구, 방과후학교 개념 및 성격 연구 등을 제시하였다.

This study reviewed the prior researches on after-school from 2006 to June 2014, and attempted to suggest study tasks in the future. Papers of academic journals, doctor s and master s theses, and research reports were included. Investigated was the percentage of researches on the following topics: reality and improvement plan, after-school education effect, international comparison, policy discussion, relationship between variables, private institution participation, evaluation, conceptualization and theory, instruction methods, operating system, budget and finance, and others. Based on the result, I suggested that further studies are needed in several topics such as after-school education effect, policy making and implementation, using and combining regional resources, environment of after-school education and its effects, evaluation, budget and finance, international comparison, conceptualization and theory.
