장애인 학력보완교육 프로그램 영역 구축 연구

A Study on the Establishment of Educational Background Supplementary Education Program Area for the Disabled

이 연구는 장애인 학력보완교육 프로그램의 영역을 구축하기 위해 10명의 장애인 학력보완교육 전문가를 연구 참여자로 선정하고 이들을 대상으로 델파이 조사 방법을 실시하였다. 이와 같은 방법을 통해 수렴한 다양한 의견을 통해 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 1차 델파이 조사를 통해 장애인 학력보완교육 프로그램 영역의 초안을 구축하였다. 둘째, 2차 델파이 조사를 통해 장애인 학력보완교육 프로그램 영역의 초안에 대한 타당도 검사를 수행하여 그 결과를 제시하였다. 셋째, 1, 2차 델파이 조사 결과를 바탕으로 연구자간 협의를 실시하여 장애인 학력보완교육 프로그램 영역의 최종안을 제시하였다. 또한, 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 장애인 학력보완교육 프로그램 영역 최종안에 대한 논의와 활용방안, 장애인 학력보완교육 프로그램의 발전방향 등에 대해 몇 가지 제언하였다.

In the study, ten experts in educational background supplementary education for the disabled were selected as participants to establish a field of education programs supplementing educational background for the disabled, and the Delphi method was performed to collect their various opinions on the educational background supplementary education area. The various ideas gathered through this method were materialized by consultation between researchers and content analysis, and the following findings were produced. First, with the first Delphi method, a draft of educational background supplementary education program area for the disabled was made. The draft of educational background supplementary education program area for the disabled consisted of two large areas, three middle areas, and thirty-six small areas. Second, through the second Delphi method, a validity test was performed on the draft of educational background supplementary education program area for the disabled, and the results were presented. The validity of all large areas, middle areas, and small areas has been verified through this. Third, based on the results of the 1st and 2nd Delphi methods, discussions between researchers were conducted, and the final proposal on educational background supplementary education program area for the disabled was presented. Based on the above findings, some suggestions also were made on the discussion and utilization plan for the final educational background supplementary education program area for the disabled and the development direction of educational background supplementary education programs for the disabled.
