이 연구는 2019년 서울특별시가 주최·주관한 서울시민리그(S-리그) 참여자의 리그 운영 속성에 관한 중요도, 만족도 조사연구 자료를 바탕으로 IPA를 통해 서울시민리그 참여를 유도하고 지속시킬 수 있는 속성들을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 성별, 종목별, 연령별로 비례할당표집된 참여자의 조사자료 675부를 최종분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, S-리그 운영 속성에 관한 중요도와 만족도의 차이 검증 결과 모든 항목에서 유의한 차이가 검증되었다. 모든 항목들의 중요도가 만족도 보다 높게 나타나, 참여자의 기대수준에 미치지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, S-리그 운영 속성에 관한 중요도-만족도의 IPA 분석결과 현상유지영역에서는 참가비, 승점제 운영방식, 우승팀 보상의 적절성, 관람석 이용 편의성 및 충분성 항목이 도출되었고, 지속유지영역에서는 참가자 모집시기, 심판 운영 체계, 시설 및 인프라 항목이 도출되었다. 노력유지영역에서는 홍보 및 관심유도 활동, 상대 팀 불참 시 대응 방식이 도출되었고, 중점개선영역에서는 질의/제안에 대한 피드백, 주무기관의 통합적 대응, 결과 공지 시점 및 신속성, 리그 기간, 불참 팀에 대한 패널티 제도, 연습시설 이용 편의성 항목이 도출되었다.

This study derives the attributes that can induce participation in the Seoul Citizens League based on the importance and satisfaction survey data on the league operation attributes of the Seoul Citizens League (S-League) participants hosted and supervised by the Seoul Metropolitan Government in 2019. There is a purpose. The results of the final analysis of 675 survey data of participants who were proportionally sampled by gender, event, and age are as follows. First, as a result of verifying the difference in importance and satisfaction regarding S-League operational attributes, significant differences were verified in all items. The importance of all items was higher than the satisfaction level, indicating that it did not meet the expectations of the participants. Second, as a result of the IPA analysis of importance-satisfaction regarding the S-League operation attributes, the participation fee, the points system operation method, the appropriateness of the winning team reward, convenience and sufficiency of the use of the spectators were derived in the status quo area, and the participant recruitment period in the maintenance area. , referee operating system, facilities and infrastructure items were derived. In the effort maintenance area, public relations and interest-inducing activities and response methods were derived when the opposing team does not participate, and in the focus improvement area, feedback on questions/suggestions, integrated response of the competent authority, timing and promptness of result announcement, league period, and non-participation team were derived. Penalty system and convenience of use of practice facilities were derived.
