여성의 일과 소명에 관한 내러티브 탐구

A Narrative Inquiry on Women’s Career and Calling

연구는 두 번 이상 경력 이동을 경험한 30대 여성청년들이 자신의 소명을 발견해가는 과정을 살펴보고, 이를 기독(목회) 상담학적 관점에서 논의하고자 한다. 이를 위해 연구 참여자 3인의 자발적 경력 이동 경험을 내러티브탐구 방법론을 통해 분석하였으며, 기독(목회) 상담학적 관점에서 소명을 ‘도입, 소명 경험, 공동체의 역동, 전환’의 네 단계로 구분하여 기술하였다. 연구 참여자들은 사회적 맥락에서 자신의 정체성을 탐색하고 다양한 소명을 발견하며, 현실적인 어려움을 극복하고 있었다. 또한 비영속성을 수용하고, 미래를 고려하면서 자신의 경험을 통해 사회에 기여하고 성숙한 인간이 되고자 하는 노력을 통해 자신의 소명을 실천하며 살아가고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 30대 여성청년의 일 경험에서 발견되는 소명을 기독(목회) 상담학적인 관점에서 해석하였으며, 소명을 전 생애 관점에서 발달하는 것으로 이해의 지평을 확장했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 이는 삶 속의 종교적 체험을 풍부하게 이해하게 할 뿐만 아니라 여성의 경력과 소명을 이해하고 기독(목회)학적 관점에서 상담할 때 유용한 기초 자료가 될 수 있을 것이다.

This study examines the process of single women in 30s discovering their calling through experience of multiple voluntary career movement and will discuss it from pastoral counseling perspective. The experiences of the three participants are analyzed using the narrative inquiry methodology. The result has been divided and described in the four section as pastoral counseling perspective. The study analyzed the exploring identity, navigating dual callings, Seeking full adult status in realistic difficulties, accepting impermanence, and consideration forward orientation in time. Each participants are attributing to the society and were living their lives by finding their vocation and becoming a better person. This study is meaningful in that it has examined the vocations and discuss it from the pastoral counseling perspective. And it has expanded the concept of calling as life–span developmental perspective. This study will not only help enrich the understanding of religious experience but also be a useful foundation in understand single women’s career and calling.
