기독(목회)상담에서 영성평가의 필요성과 적용

The necessity and application of spirituality evaluation in Christian (pastoral) counseling

상담현장에서 기독(목회)상담은 ‘영성’이라는 주제를 다룰 수 있는 영역에 위치하고 있다. 하지만 영성은 각자마다의 정의가 다르기 때문에 어떤 획일적인 기준으로평가할 수 없다. 또한 영성과 관련된 내용의 이야기는 상당히 추상적인 언어로 의사소통이 이뤄진다는 특징도 가진다. 기독(목회)상담이 이런 영성에 대한 보편적인관점들로 대처하기보다는 상호보완적인 관점으로 접근할 필요가 있다. 영성평가는기독(목회)상담에서 영성을 보완적인 관점으로 접근할 수 있는 유용한 도구가 될수 있다. 본 연구는 영성평가에 대한 최근의 연구들을 정리하고, 연구를 통해 영성평가의 영역을 분류했다. 또한 이렇게 분류한 영역들을 통해 영성에 관한 다양한연구에서 사용된 영성척도들을 찾아 정리하고, 기독(목회)상담 현장에서 적용할 수있는 영성척도들로 소개했다.

In counseling, Christian(pastoral) counseling is located in areas that deal with the subject of ‘spirituality’. However, spirituality can not be assessed on a uniform standard because each person’s definition is different. In addition, the story related to the Spirituality had been characterized communication in a very abstract language. It is necessary to have access to counseling and complementary perspectives, rather than to deal with this common perspective on spirituality. Spiritual assessment can be a valuable tool that it can be accessed in a complementary perspective of Christian (Pastoral) counseling. This study summarizes recent research on spirituality assessments and classifies the areas of it through this research. Through these categories, we have classified the spirituality scales used in various studies on spirituality and introduced them as spirituality assessment scales that can be used in Christian (Pastoral) counseling.
