기독교적 진로집단상담 프로그램이 청소년의 자아정체감과 진로성숙도에 미치는 효과

The Effectiveness of a Christian Career Group Counseling Program for Youth on Self–Identity and Career Maturity

본 연구의 목적은 청소년을 대상으로 교회교육 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 기독교적 진로집단상담 프로그램을 구안하고 실시하는 것이 자아정체감과 진로성숙도에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 검증하는 데 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 D시에 소재한 S교회 중등부에 공고를 낸 뒤 모집된 청소년 중 자발적 참가의사를 보인 24명을 선정하여 실험집단에 12명, 통제집단에 12명으로 구성하였다. 실험집단에는 기독교적 진로집단상담 프로그램을 8회기에 걸쳐 실시하였고 통제집단은 자유로운 활동을 하게 하였다. 자아정체감을 측정하기 위해서는 박아청의 한국형 자아정체감 척도를 사용하였고 진로성숙도를 측정하기 위해서는 이주희가 수정한 진로성숙도 검사를 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 전산 처리하였다. 프로그램 실시 전 동질성 검증과 프로그램 실시 후 집단 간 차이 검증을 위해서는 맨 휘트니 U 검증을 실시하였고, 프로그램 실시 후 집단 내 점수 차이 검증을 위해서는 윌콕슨의 부호순위 검증을 실시하였다. 실험 결과 기독교적 진로집단상담 프로그램을 실시한 실험집단에서만 자아정체감, 진로성숙도에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 이에 기독교적 진로집단상담 프로그램은 청소년의 자아정체감과 진로성숙도를 향상시키는 데 효과가 있다고 할 수 있으며, 개교회의 진로집단상담 프로그램으로 보급될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to design a Christian Career Group Counseling Program for Youth to increase their self–identity and career maturity, and to examine the effectiveness of the program. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the program, an experimental group which was exposed to the program and a control group without exposure were compared. The program was administered over eight weekly sessions, each session lasting seventy minutes. The experimental group and the control group were organized with twelve students in each. For the purpose of data processing, SPSS 21.0 was used to analyze the statistical results. The Self–Identity Scale and the Career Maturity Scale were adopted in the pre–test and the post–test. The treatment group exhibited a significant statistically increasing degree of self–identity and career maturity levels in comparison to the control group. The results of the study indicated the effectiveness of the Christian Career Group Counseling Program for Youth on increasing self–identity and career maturity levels.
