장기 투쟁 노동자를 위한 기독(목회)상담 연구

A Study of Christian(Pastoral) Counseling for the Long–term Struggle worker: Focused on the Case of a Motor Worker

본 연구의 목적은 장기 투쟁 노동자들에 대한 전반적인 이해를 높이고 상담 사례분석을 통해 이들을 위한 기독(목회)상담에 관해 고찰해보는 데 있다. 장기 투쟁 노동자들의 심리적 문제는 이들의 높은 자살률에서 보이듯이 심각한 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 제임스 폴링의 자본주의와 기독(목회)상담에 관한 연구를 토대로 신자유주의 사회에서 기독(목회)상담가가 가져야 할 관점과 신학적 논의, 그리고 경제적 취약층을 위한 기독(목회)상담의 역할을 살펴보았다. 또한 주디스 오르의 노동자 계급에 관한 기독(목회)상담 연구를 통해 노동자 계급을 이해하고 이들을 위한 기독(목회)상담과 돌봄에 관해 살펴보았다. A 자동차는 장기 투쟁의 대표적인 사례로 노동자들은 경제적, 사회관계적, 심리적으로 심각한 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 A 자동차 노동자들과의 상담 사례 연구를 통해 장기 투쟁 노동자들의 구체적인 목소리와 상담 경험을 들어보고자 하였다. 그리고 장기 투쟁 노동자를 위해 기독(목회)상담은 기존의 심리상담적 틀에서 벗어나 목회적 관점을 가지고 먼저 이들을 찾아가고 지속적인 관계를 맺음으로써 노동자들이 주체적인 자신의 삶을 살아갈 수 있도록 도와야 함을 강조하였다.

The purpose of this study is an overall understanding of workers in long–term struggle and the related consideration of Christian(pastoral) counseling for them. The psychological problem of them is severe as seen in the high rates of suicide. This study observes a theological discussion based on James Poling’s study on capitalism and pastoral counseling. And this study observes a role of Christian(pastoral) counseling for economically vulnerable people produced by capitalism. Furthermore this study is to understand working classes in more detail related to Judith Orr’s and to observes a caring and Christian(pastoral) counseling for them. ‘A Motors’ is a representative case of long–term struggle. This study attempts to listen to their voice and. Christian(pastoral) counseling for long–term struggling workers should approach these people first with Christian(pastoral) perspective and then create a perpetual relationship in order to help the workers to their lives independently.
