성서적 관점에서 본 내적치유

Inner healing from the Biblical perspective: Focused on analysis on language of healing in the Bible

본 연구는 기독교 상담방법의 하나인 내적치유가 그동안 심리학적 통찰력을 지나치게 의존해 왔던 문제점을 극복하기 위해 성서로부터 그 근거를 찾는 설명을 시도하였다. 또한 신앙적인 접근을 한다고 했을 때도 성서 구절을 협소하게 인용하거나 성서 본문들을 피상적으로 사용하는 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 체계적인 성서적 관점을 제시하려고 시도했다. 이를 위해)장에서는 오늘날 심리학과 성서의 통합 위에서 이루어진 내적치유 흐름을 분석하고 그 한계를 제시했다. 3장에서는 성서적 치유의 목표는 전인건강이라는 것을 밝혔고, 4장에서는 구체적으로 치유에 대한 성서의 언어들이 갖고 있는 은유적 차원의 의미를 분석하고, 5장에서는 이를 근거로 내적치유에 대한 성서적 입장을 정리하였다. 그리고 6장에서는 기독교 상담자로서 정체성을 더 깊게 하기 위해 내적치유에서 던져질 수 있는 질문들을 소개하였다.

Christians believe that God heals and restores broken people. Christian counselors also acknowledge that God provides the ultimate power to heal clients. However, many divergent models of healing exist and the Christian counselor may not feel adequately trained to discern which models best reflect traditional Christian doctrine and biblical interpretation. This article seeks to avoid simple use of bible passages or superficial use of the text by building on an alternative foundation—a thorough Biblically based, theological review of the Bible’s overarching message of healing—for counselors as they develop their own understanding how God heals broken people.
