대인관계가 어려운 기독청년들의 집단 독서치료 경험에 대한 현상학적 이해

The phenomenological understanding of the Christian youngs who have participated in group bibliotherapy due to interpersonal difficulty

본 연구는 대인관계가 어려운 기독청년들이 집단 독서치료에 참여하면서 겪는 주관적인 경험의 현상을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 10회기용 집단 독서치료 프로그램을 전문가 4인의 안면타당도를 거쳐 개발하였고, 대인관계가 어려운 7명의 여자 기독청년들이 주 1회 3시간씩 10회기 동안 집단 독서치료에 참여하였다. 참여자들의 독서치료 경험은 Colaizzi의 현상학적 연구방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 집단 독서치료 진행 과정에 대한 전체 축어록의 질적 자료를 토대로 분석한 결과 13개의 주제군과 42개의 주제 158개의 의미 있는 문장들이 도출되었다.

The purpose of the research was to examine some of the subjective experiences reported by young Christians who have participated in group bibliotherapy due to interpersonal difficulty. The group bibliotherapy program in ten sessions was developed with the face validity from four professionals, and seven young, female Christians with interpersonal difficulties have participated in all of the ten sessions of group bibliotherapy, each session being three hours of length. The participant experiences were analyzed using Colaizzi’s Phenomenological approach. A verbatim record of the entire therapeutic process, we were able to categorize 13 topics, 42 subdivisions, and 158 meaningful sentences.
