역기능가정에서 성장한 중년 크리스천 여성의 분노경험 연구

A study on the anger experience in middle-aged Christian women growing up in dysfunctional families

본 연구는 현상학적 질적 연구로서, 분노경험으로 인해 고통을 호소하는 역기능가정에서 성장한 중년 크리스천 여성의 심리적 현상을 이해하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 연구를 위한 대상 선정은 40세에서 56세에 해당하는 역기능가정에서 성장한 크리스천 여성으로서, 역기능가정의 검사척도지와 분노경험척도지를 통해 자신들의 성장배경이 역기능가정인 것과 현재 높은 수준의 분노를 경험하고 있음을 충분히 인식한 자 11명으로 하였다. 자료의 수집을 위해 심층 면접을 하였고, 참여자들의 진술들을 분석하기 위해 Paul Colaizzi의 연구방법을 따랐다. 분석 결과 참여자들의 분노경험의 현상은 66개의 주제들과 14개의 주제군으로 나타났으며, 이 주제군들은 분노경험의 원가족 요인, 분노경험의 심리적 현상, 분노표현의 현상, 그리고 치료적 암시들로 구분되었다. 본 연구의 성과는 역기능가정에서 성장한 중년 크리스천 여성의 분노경험의 원가족과의 관계성, 분노경험과 심리적 현상의 관계성, 분노표현의 원가족과의 관계성을 통해 역기능가정에서 성장한 중년 크리스천 여성의 분노경험의 현상들을 밝혀내고, 나아가 상담과 신앙과의 관계성을 통해 치료와 회복의 가능성을 발견해낸 점이다.

The purpose of this study is to help understand the psychological phenomena of the anger experience in middle-aged Christian women who growing up in dysfunctional families. The phenomenological method of Paul Colaizzi has been employed as a method to analyze the statements made by participants. This study has been selected among 40 to 56 year-old Christian women who recognized that their family of origin was dysfunctional family, and who have felt complained of anger. Date were collected from statements of 11 participants who complained of anger through in-depth interview. This study is that it affords data for counseling to heal the people by bringing to light the relationship between experiences of anger and experiences in their childhood within the family of origin, the relationship between experiences of anger and psychological phenomena, the expression of anger and suppression of anger within the family of origin, faith and healing of anger, anger and counseling. This study also brought to light the possibility of expressing the anger positively through continued effort.
