학교폭력 가해 및 피해학생을 위한 음악치료 프로그램 연구

The study on music therapy programs for the perpetrators and the victims in school violence: based on a perspective of psychodynamics

본 연구는 음악치료 프로그램을 통하여 학교폭력 가해 및 피해학생들의 분노와 공격성을 감소시키기 위하여 심리적 요인을 통찰하고 치유함으로써 학교, 사회공동체의 건강한 구성원이 되도록 돕는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구결과 학교폭력 가해 및 피해학생에게 있어 음악치료 프로그램은 학교폭력 예방에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 보여 주었다. 더 나아가 음악치료는 바람직한 교우관계 형성을 통하여 즐거운 학교생활을 할 수 있도록 도와 줄 수 있어, 성인으로 성장한 후 나타날 우려가 있는 가정폭력 행동을 예방하고 차단하는 효과를 시사한다. 본 연구결과는 음악치료의 효과를 검증하고 음악치료 프로그램 개발을 위한 방향성을 제시하였다는 데 의의가 있다. 또한 학교폭력 피해 및 가해 학생들을 위한 음악치료에 대한 기독교상담적 평가를 하였다. 폭력학생에게 임파워먼트 접근법으로 다체계적 개입방법으로 음악치료적 접근과 여러 기관의 연계로 향후 음악치료를 통한 학교폭력 가해 및 피해학생 선도와 치료적 개입 프로그램이 적용되고, 활성화되어 효과성 검증에 관한 후속연구가 요청된다. 더 나아가 청소년들의 기독교 음악활동에 관한 기독교상담적 평가가 요청된다고 볼 수 있다.

This study aims to help the perpetrators and the victims involved in school violence become a healthy member of their communities of family, school, and society as well as reduce their anger and aggression by analyzing psychological causes of the violence and further guiding and healing them. This study has a significance in making a contribution to verifying the effectiveness of the music therapy, providing a concrete direction to the further improvement of music therapy, and evaluating in Christian counselling perspective on the music therapy for the perpetrator and the victim in school violence. For an approach towards empowering students exposed to school violence, a multi-dimensional approach including the music therapy approaches in the field of social welfare and in the connectivity between diverse institutions should be taken. Further studies should be implemented to guide the perpetrating or victimized students, apply therapeutic intervention programs to them, and verify the effectiveness of music therapy. In addition, evaluation in Christian counselling perspective on Christian musical activities of the adolescent should be requested.
