The purpose of this research is to help a contemporary man facing a critical situation with suffering the failure of personal relations for their emotional progress to understanding humans by applying psychological interpretation of Moses and Joseph’s phychodynamics among Biblical figures who had overcome the crises, and establish theoretical basis to apply it as a role model for crisis overcome of the interviewer through self-awareness of their own emotion. Basic theory of psychodynamics started from Freud emphasized that emotional correlations with major rearer during about 6 years from the birth would be at the heart of character formation from then on, and this is the comprehensive theory including ‘Ego Psychology’which Anna Freud, a daughter of Freud, and Hartmann developed, ‘Object Relations Theory’at the center of Klein, and ‘Self Psychology’which was originated from Sullivan’s custom and Kohut developed. I analysed and researched Moses and Joseph’s Psychodynamics according to period of development. I tried to not only give a temporary man a hope, a counsellor the understanding on his interviewer but also contribute to study by examining the psychodynamics of Moses who had grown suffering separation anxiety from mother from the birth and feeling inferior handicapped in two identities and Joseph who had suffered sibling rivalry disorder caused by envy and jealousy of brother and sisters, and both of whom had overcome the crises and been used for the Creator’s precious instrument.
