This short thesis explains how we can survive in the era of the globalization. We are confused and easily lose our way in the severe jungle of the free market capitalism and then doubt our own identities. Hence as the member of the multicultural society and pastoral counselling, I purport that we have to seek the real meaning of the multiculturalism and how to survive in this society without any experience of oppression. Also we must try hard to pursue and establish the new concept of the identities in the multicultural society which allows us the perfect freedom. It will be the model for the Kingdom of God. Therefore, I choose the issue of migration and analyse this era. Contextually the migrant women are situated and marginalized in the age of dehumanized globalization. And then they became the subalterns. Even though they are subject agents, their subaltern positions make them despised. But they have their own powerful potential resources for survival and overturning their meager lives. I use this process with the metaphor of the nomadic subjectivity. Their eagerness for overcoming their difficult situation makes them more powerful and gives them new identities. If their nomadic experiences can be expanded into the center of their host society,it can be changed. I apply this process into the practice intersubjectivity between migrant women and pastoral counsellors, especially female ones. Because historically, Korean women have experienced as the Japanese military comfort women, the american GI’s wives and the migrant nurses in Germany etc.. The weakness and oppressed experiences of these women can overturn the patriarchic capitalism and multiculturalism. So pastoral counsellors have to practice and try to approach to the migrants at first then it might be good for all and the new concept of“ We”can be established.
