Korean-Chinese Adolescents’Needs Analysis for enhancing Socio-Cultural adaptation in Korea

In this paper, Korean-Chinese adolescents’needs in Korea are analyzed. This paper includes in-depth interview which is used by the research method based on qualitative research. The subjects of the interview are 4 Korean-Chinese adolescents who live in Korea. They underwent a two hour long in-depth interview. The results of this analysis were extracted 5 needs. Those 5 needs are identity, communication, community spirit, and spiritual need. This study proposes that group counseling programs be developed for enhancing adolescents’ability to adapt themselves to Korea.
