The role of Korean church for family

Because human beings are created out of the very nature and purpose of God as Being exists in community, we could discover the identity and meaning of existence in community. And the family is the most important and basic community in human life. But the biological family is not currently functioning well. Since the change of Korean society is radical, it engenders serious family dysfunctions. Therefore it is called to have alternative family system. The church is the only organization in society which has families. And then it becomes a field that can prevent and solve family problems. Also it is anadequate setting that practicesfamily small group. The Family Cluster, as a kind of a small group of four or five complete family units, will restore the meaning of family while it provides an extended family system.
