The depression is the state of a psychological breakdown through the downside of one s life. It, however, is critical matter since it can cause ending up with suicide. In Korea, men s main depression rate is 10% and women s 23%. Women s short-term depression rate is the highest in their forties to fifties. Women s short-term depression rate shows that various cultural pressure drives the numbers of women who are becoming depressed or neurotic. This study shows that the majority number of depression patients are in their 40s or 50s women and I have found out that this phenomenon is caused by having stress as an woman in Korea & cultural-psychological factors. Therefore, current married women s depression rate is soaring due to those factors and comparing with other western countries rates, its rate is quite high so that I present these 6 psychological & biblical treatment strategies for married women. I suggest that the church community must discard the limited paradigm of depression resulting from the sin and approaches with the wholistic curing methods so to help those married women who are suffering from depression actively.
