가족 멘토링 참여 부모와 정서행동장애 자녀의 관계회복과정에 대한 질적 연구

A Qualitative Study on the Relationship recovery process Between Parents in Family Mentoring Program and Children at risk of Emotional and Behavioral Disorders: Focusing on the perspective of parents participating in family mentoring

본 연구의 목적은 가족 멘토링 프로그램에 참여한 부모들과 정서행동장애 자녀들 간의 관계회복과정을 심층적으로 탐색함으로써 회복의 실체적 의미를 밝히는데 있다. 이를 위해 2015년부터 2016년 동안 국립중앙청소년디딤센터에서 실시한 부모 멘토링 프로그램에 참여한 부모 5명과 그들의 자녀 5명을 대상으로 심층면접을 통해 자료를 수집하였고 질적 사례연구방법을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과에서 각 사례에 대한 기술과 사례들 간에 걸쳐서공통적으로 나타난 주제를 찾아 기술하고 해석하였다. 분석결과에서 나타난 주제는 8개로‘미성숙한 자녀훈육습관’,‘공허한 악순환 고리’, ‘부모역할의 틀 재구성’,‘소통을 배우며 일어나는 작은 변화들’,‘내면의 변화와 성장에 마음씀’,‘독립적 인격체로 존중하며 다가섬’,‘더디지만 마음을 열고 조금씩 나아감’,‘다시 길을 잃고 장벽에 부딪힘’으로 나타났다.이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 정서행동장애 자녀와 부모의 다양한 욕구와 특성을 반영하고가족 전체의 관계회복에 초점을 맞춘 가족 멘토링 체계구축을 위한 정책적, 실천적 개선방안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate in depth the meaning of the recovery by revealing the interaction factors affecting the recovery of the relationship between the parents participating in the family mentoring program and children with affective behaviordisorder. For this, we used qualitative case study methods for five parents and their five children who participated in the parent mentoring program at the National Youth Center in 2015-2016. From the results of the study, we described and interpreted the common themes among the technologies and cases for each case. The topics presented in the analysis are as follows;‘Immature child discipline habits’,‘An empty vicious ring’,‘Small changes that happen as you learn to communicate’,‘Thinking about inner change and growth’,‘Respecting as an independent personality’,‘It s slow but open your mind and go a little bit’,‘Lost again and hit the barrier.’Based on the results of this analysis, we suggest policy and practical improvement plan to build a family mentoring system that reflects the various needs and characteristics of children with emotional behavioral disabilities and the recovery of family relationships.
