사회복지실천 질적 성과의 개념화를 위한 탐색적 연구

An Exploratory Study on the Conceptualization of Qualitative Outcomes in Social Work Practice

이 연구의 목적은 사회복지실천의 질적 성과를 논리적, 실증적으로 개념화하고자 하는 것이다. 이러한목적을 달성하기 위하여, 연구자는 사회복지실천의 질적 성과와 관련된 문헌들을 탐색하고 검토하였으며, 질적 평가를 전문으로 하는 연구자들을 대상으로 한 개방형 질문지를 통해 질적 성과의 개념에 대한의견들을 수렴하였고, 이러한 분석결과들을 통합하여 귀납적으로 사회복지실천 질적 성과의 개념을 재구성하였다. 통합 분석과 논의를 통해 드러난 질적 성과의 개념에는 맥락을 반영한 성과, 바탕이 달라진성과, 사회복지실천 관점을 반영한 성과, 클라이언트 관점을 반영한 성과, 다양한 이해당사자를 포함한성과, 예상하지 않은 성과 등 여섯 가지 요소가 포함되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 기반으로 사회복지실천의 성과를 제대로, 풍부하게 이해하고, 파악하고, 제시하기 위한 이론적, 실천적, 제도적 지침들을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to conceptualize logically and empirically the qualitative outcome of social work practice. In order to achieve this goal, I searched and reviewed the literature related to the qualitative outcome of social work practice and collected opinions on the concept of qualitative outcome through an open questionnaire for researchers specializing in qualitative evaluation. The results of these analyzes were integrated to reconstruct the concept of qualitative outcome in an inductive way. The concept of qualitative outcome revealed through integrated analysis and discussion includes six elements including contextual outcome, outcome showing qualitative difference, outcome reflecting the perspectives of social work practice, outcome reflecting client s perspective, outcome including various stake-holders, and unexpected outcome. Based on the results of this study, the theoretical, practical, and institutional guidelines for understanding, seizing and presenting the outcome of social work practice are presented.
