공동주택 거주민의 층간소음문제 해소를 위한 이웃관계 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구

To solve the noise problem between floors of apartment dwellers A phenomenological study on the experience of neighborhood relations

본 연구는 공동주택 거주민 간에 발생되어지고 있는 층간소음 문제해소를 위한 이웃관계 경험에 접근하였다. 본 연구에서는 층간소음에 노출된 당사자인 피해경험을 가진 거주민 9명을 대상으로 이웃관계 경험을 심층적으로 면담하였다. 층간소음문제 해소를 위해 공동주택 거주민이 경험한 주관적인 경험을 Giorgi 현상학적 연구방법을 채택하여 있는 그대로의 생생한 경험을 기술하였다. 수집된 원 자료는 Giorgi의 기술적 현상학의 4단계(stage) 방법을 통해 정확한 기술(description)을 보여줄 수 있도록 분석하였다. 분석결과, 공동주택 거주민들이 층간소음문제를 해소하기 위해 경험한 이웃관계의 본질적 주제는 7개로 도출되었다. 그 본질적 주제는 1) 공동주택보다 우선하는 나의 집 2) 일상생활을 방해하는 소음 3) 공동주택에서 사는 어려움 4) 일촉즉발의 마음이 생겨남 5) 층간소음을 수용하게 됨 6) 층간소음 해소를 위한 각자의 노력 7) 층간소음 해소를 위한 이웃관계 경험으로 나타났다. 결론에서는 층간소음문제 해소를 위한 정책적 실천적 함의를 다루었다.

This study approached the experience of neighborhood relations for solving the floor noise problem that is being presented to the residents of apartment houses. In this study, we interviewed nine people with inhabitants of floor human noise with floors exposed to noise. In order to solve the inter-floor noise problem, the subjective experiences experienced by the residents of apartment houses were described as they are by adopting the Giorgi phenomenological research method. The collected raw data was analyzed to show an accurate description through the four stage method of Giorgi s technological phenomenology. As a result of the analysis, seven essential themes of neighborhood relations experienced by apartment dwellers in order to solve the inter-floor noise problem were derived. The essential theme is 1) My house, which takes precedence over apartment houses 2) Noise that interferes with daily life 3) Difficulty living in apartment houses 4) Immediately develops the mind 5) Accepts interfloor noise 6) To eliminate interfloor noise Efforts of each person 7) The experience of neighboring relations to reduce noise between floors. The conclusion deals with the policy and practical implications for solving the inter-floor noise problem.
