남아선호 가정에서 성장한 기혼여성의 가족 관계 경험에 관한 질적사례연구

A Qualitative Case Study on the Family Relations of Married Women Grown up in the Boy-preferred Family–based on Object Relations Theory

본 연구는 가부장제 남아선호 가정에서 성장한 기혼여성의 원가족 관계 경험이 심리, 정서적 세계,자아 정체성 형성 및 현재 가족 관계 경험에 미친 영향 인식에 대해 이해하고자 했다. 본 연구는 딸로태어나 부당한 대우와 차별을 경험한 여성의 주관적 목소리와 내면화된 표상세계를 이해하기 위한 목적으로 대상관계이론적 상담기법을 적용한 회상적 심층면담을 통한 질적사례연구 방법을 선택하였다. 분석 결과, ‘세상에서 가장 슬픈 이야기,’ ‘나에 대한 깨달음,’ ‘새로운 시작의 출발점’의 3개 주제와 7개의 하위 주제, 10개의 범주를 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통해 연구 참여자들이 자아의 성장을 포기하거나멈춘 시점을 발견하였다. 이로 인해 연구 참여자들이 자아 역량을 계발하고 강화시키는데 필요한 구체적인 치료적 개입방법과 시점을 파악할 수 있다는 결과를 얻어내었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 임상사회 복지 실천 현장에서 연구 참여자들과 유사한 경험을 가진 클라이언트를 위한 전문적인 실천개입방안을 개발할 것이다.

This research tried to understand that women, grown up in patriarchal boy-preferred family, identified how original family experience had an influence on the psychological and emotional life, the formation of self-identity, and the current family relationship experience. Qualitative case study through the non-structured depth interviews based on object relation theory is selected for the purpose of the understanding of subjective voice and internalized representations world of women who have grown up with unfair treatment and discrimination. As a result of analysis, 3 themes such as the ‘saddest story in the world’,‘enlightenment for self’ and ‘the start of a new beginning’, 7 lower themes and 11categories were deduced. This research found when research participant women gave up or stopped the growth of ego. It was obtained that therapeutic intervention method and timing can be found for the research participant women’s developing and strengthening of the self-competency. Based on this research, professional intervention strategies can be developed for the clients who have similar experience with research participants in the clinical social work practice field.
