Factors Affecting the Improvement of Myanmar s Cooperative Society: In Case of Khayan, Yangon Region

협동조합은 빈곤퇴치에 있어 지역에 상관없이 중요한 역할을 담당한다. 미얀마에서도 협동조합의 주요 기능인 소액금융이 전국적으로 확산되고 있다. 이는 미얀마 정부가 지역공동체(community)개발프로그램을 통해 시골과 도시지역 주민들의 참여를 도모하고 있는 것과 같은 맥락에서 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 미얀마의 협동조합 사회개선을 측정하는 모델을 통해 미얀마 Khayan의 협동조합 사회의 발전을 위한 핵심 요소들을 찾는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 250부의 설문지를 통해 협동조합 조합원과 협동조합 영역의 참여자로부터 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 선형회귀분성과 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석, 분산팽창분석을 통해 양곤 지역 Khayan의 협동 사회의 금융서비스 요인, 사회경제적 요인 및 개선 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 양곤지역의 협동조합의 발전에 있어 가장 중요한 요인를 제시하고 협동조합 운동에 대한 정책적 시사점을 제공하자 하였다. 이는 미얀마의 협력적 산업의 변화에도 적용될 수 있는 시사점을 제공한다.

Cooperative is the most important in the world for reducing the poverty of alleviation, and also Myanmar is performing the Microfinance wave nationwide which is the main function of Myanmar cooperative society. The government of Myanmar is leading to involve right away in rural and urban residents by the community development program. The study finds the most important factors for the development of cooperative society and provides the policy implication on the movement of cooperative societies in Khayan, Yangon Region. A total of 250 questionnaires were collected from the members of the cooperative, participants from the cooperative sector. The author applied linear regression analysis and reliability analysis, correlation analysis and variance inflation factor testing applied. The outcomes will discover the growth of cooperative society in Khayan and the findings will imply a sample model of cooperative industry change in Myanmar.
