국내 논문을 중심으로 살펴 본 영유아 교사의 학부모 상담에 대한 탐색적 분석

An Exploratory Analysis of Parent Counseling of Preschool Teachers Focusing on Domestic Papers

본 연구는 영유아 교사의 학부모 상담에 대한 국내연구들을 대상으로 탐색적 분석을 함으로써 추후 학부모 상담에 대한 연구 방향을 제시하고자 하였다 이를 위해 1990년부터 2020년까지 영유아 교사들이 진행하는 ‘학부모 상담’, ‘부모면담’, 그리고 ‘유아 교사’, ‘보육교사’를 검색용어로 작성하여 학위논문 23편과 학술지 18편 총 41편을 대상으로 분석하였다 분석결과, 첫째, 2010년 이후부터 연구가 증가하였으며 2015년 이후에는 급격히 증가하였다 연구 방법은 질문지를 활용한 양적 연구가 많은 것으로 나타났으며 질적 연구에서는 면담기법이 주로 이루어진 것으로 나타났다 둘째, 연구 주제는 현황과 실태연구, 인식연구, 어려움 연구, 요구도 연구, 효과성 연구, 학부모 상담 관련 기타연구로 6개의 범주로 나누었다 그중에 요구도 연구가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났으며 그다음으로는 인식연구와 어려움에 관한 연구가 많은 것으로 나타났다 분석결과를 바탕으로 학부모 상담에 대해 연구하고자 하는 후속 연구자들에게 이 주제에 대한 전반적인 이해를 높이고 연구를 설정하는 데 기초자료로 활용되기를 바라며 영유아 교육현장에서 학부모 상담에 대한 교사교육과 부모교육 지원에 도움을 줄 것이라고 기대한다.

This research aims to present future research directions for parent counseling by conducing an exploratory analysis on domestic studies on parent counseling of preschool teachers. For this, From 1990 to 2020, an analysis was conducted on total of 41 papers with 23 degree papers and 18 academic journals as the main words for ‘parental counseling’, ‘parent interview’, ‘early childhood teacher’, childcare teacher’. As a result of analysis, first, research has increased since 2010 and has increased rapidly since 2015. The research method, it was found that there were many quantitative studies using questionnaire, and in qualitative studies, interview techniques were mainly used. Second, the research topics are the current status and actual conditions, cognitive research, difficulty-related research, demand research, and effectiveness research. and other studies have divided it into six categories. Among them, it was found that demand studies were most, followed by recognition studies, followed by difficulty-related studies. Based on the analysis results, we hope that follow-up researchers who want to study parent counseling will be used as basic data to enhance their overall understanding of this topic and establish research. In addition, it is expected that it will help teacher education and parent education support for parent counseling in the early childhood educational field.
