초등예비교원의 <수업실습>을 통한 교육관 형성

Formation of Educational Views in ‘Teaching Practice’ for Pre-primary Teachers

교육실습 지도는 실습학교 교사의 멘토링에 의존하는 만큼 예비교원은 지도교사의 활동을 통해 성찰할 수 있으며, 교육실습은 수업의 진정한 의미에 대한 이해가 전제되어야 한다. 예전의 일상적 상황에는 생각도 못했던 온라인 수업의 특성상 학습권이 학생들에게 크게 부여되었고, 이럴 때일수록 우리는 수업의 본질이 무엇인가를 생각해보아야 한다. 본 연구는 초등 교원양성 기관에서 시행하고 있는 <수업실습>에서 교직관 형성과 밀접하게 관련되는 활동 즉, 수업 활동과 지도교사의 피드백, 디지털 활용 능력 등의 요소들 간에 어떠한 상관성이 있는가를 알아본다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 교원양성을 위한 교육실습에 대하여 다음과 같은 개선 방향을 제안하고자 한다. 첫째, 변화와 혁신에 유연하게 대응하려면 먼저 교육철학 혁명이 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 대학에서의 예비교원 육성과정에서 디지털 역량 강화를 위한 교육과정과 실습에 필요한 콘텐츠 개발 관련 프로그램을 운영할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 교사들이 스스로 디지털 역량을 강화하기 위한 노력에 부응하여 정부의 적극적인 지원이 요청된다. 넷째, 교육실습 과정에서의 사전교육뿐만 아니라 사후관리 또한 강화되어야 한다. 교육대학에서는 새로운 시대의 예비교원을 교육하기 위해서 무엇을 해야 하는가와 교직이 어떻게 지금 보다 더 나은 인정을 받을 것인가에 대한 심도 있는 고민과 논의가 필요하다.

As teaching practice guidance depends on mentoring of guiding teacher at the practice school, pre-teacher can learn from guiding teacher, and teaching practice should be based on understanding of real meaning of teaching. Due to the characteristics of online teaching which was unimaginable in normal situation in the past, learning rights are greatly endowed to students. In such a situation, we should think of what the essence of teaching is. This study examines the relationship among elements &#8212; activities closely related with the educational views, that is, teaching activities, feedback of guiding teacher, and digital use capabilities etc. Based on the findings of analysis, this study suggests some ways to improve teaching practices to cultivate teachers. First, to respond resiliently to changes and innovations, there should be revolution in educational philosophy. Second, it is necessary to run the program related with development of contents needed in the curriculum and practices to strengthen digital capabilities. Third, the government should support efforts of teachers to strengthen their digital capabilities. Forth, it is necessary to strengthen not only pre-education, but post-education in the teaching practice process. It is necessary for university of education to think deeply of and discuss what to do to cultivate pre-teachers and to make teachers be recognized more highly in the new age.
