성인여성의 우울 성향 선별을 위한 얼굴자극그림검사(FSA) 타당화 연구

A Study on the Validation of the Face Stimulus Assessment (FSA) for Screening Depression in Adult Women

본 연구는 성인여성의 우울 성향을 선별하는 도구로서 얼굴자극그림검사(FSA)의 타당화를 연구하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 본 연구의 대상은 대학생을 제외한 만 23세-만 39세의 성인여성으로, A, B, C시에서 임의표집하여 총 300명의 자료를 최종 분석하였다. 연구도구는 얼굴자극그림검사(FSA)와 통합적 한국판 우울척도(Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale: CES-D)를 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 22.0을 이용하였으며, 신뢰도는 얼굴자극그림검사(FSA)에 대해 채점자간 일치도, 검사-재검사 신뢰도를 통해 검증하였다. 타당도는 CES-D를 연구대상자들에게 실시하여 FSA의 공인타당도와 변별타당도를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인여성의 우울 성향에 따른 FSA 자극그림 1과 2의 평가기준에 대한 신뢰도는 채점자간 신뢰도, 검사-재검사 신뢰도를 통해 매우 높은 수준의 값을 나타내었다. 이러한 결과는 FSA의 평가기준이 비교적 안정된 채점지표를 확립하고 있음을 의미한다. 둘째, FSA는 성인여성의 우울 성향 선별에 공인타당도와 변별타당도가 있음을 입증하였다. 본 연구는 FSA가 성인여성의 우울 성향을 선별할 수 있는 유용한 도구로서 타당성을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to assess the validity of the Face Stimulus Assessment (FSA) as a tool to screen adult women s depression tendency. To achieve this goal, the subjects selected were adult women aged 23 to 39, excluding college students, and data from a total of 300 subjects were analyzed by random sampling from cities A, B, and C. The research tools used were the FSA and the Integrated Korean Version of the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale(CES-D). Data analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0, and the reliability was verified through the agreement between scorers and the test-retest reliability for the FSA. For validity, CES-D was administered to the study subjects to verify the concurrent validity and discriminant validity of the FSA. The results of this study are as follows. First, the reliability of the evaluation criteria in Figures 1 and 2 of the FSA stimulation according to the depressive tendency of adult women showed a very high level through the reliability between the graders and the test-retest reliability. These results imply that the FSA s evaluation criteria establish a relatively stable scoring index. Second, the FSA showed there was concurrent validity and discriminant validity in screening adult women s depressive tendencies. The study is meaningful in that the result show the FSA evaluation criteria were valid as a useful tool for screening adult women s depression. Based on these results the implications and limitations of this study were discussed.
