유아교사의 재미지각과 조직몰입이 교직지향성에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Childhood Teachers Perception of Fun and Immersion in Organizational Attraction on Teaching Orientation

본 연구는 유아교사의 재미지각과 조직몰입이 교직지향성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 2019년 10월 21일부터 11월 8일까지 3주 동안 P시에 소재하고 있는 유아교육기관에 근무 중인 유아교사 278명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료 처리는 SPSS 22.0프로그램을 이용하여 연구문제에 따라 상관관계분석, 중다회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 유아교사의 재미지각과 조직몰입과 교직지향성의 일반적 경향은 보통이상으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 재미지각과 조직몰입이 교직지향성에 유의한 정적상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아교사의 재미지각과 조직몰입이 교직지향성에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났다. 따라서 유아교사의 재미지각과 조직몰입이 교직지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치기 위해 유아교사의 재미지각과 조직몰입은 반드시 고려되어야 할 변인으로, 교직지향성이 높아지려면 재미지각과 조직몰입이 높아져야 함을 시사한다.

This study aims to investigate the effect of childhood teachers’ sense of fun and organizational immersion on teaching orientation. For this purpose, 278 childhood teachers who were working at a childhood education institution located in P city were observed for three weeks from October 21st to November 8th, 2019. The collected data were processed using the SPSS 22.0 program to analyze correlations and multiple returns depending on research issues. The results of the study first showed that the general tendency of childhood teachers’ sense of fun, organizational immersion, and teaching orientation was greater than normal. Second, a static correlation was found between the sense of fun and organizational immersion of childhood teachers, which is significant to the teaching orientation. Third, the childhood teachers’ sense of fun and organizational immersion were shown to be variables affecting teaching orientation. Therefore, for childhood teachers to have a positive effect on teaching orientation, it is suggested that their sense of humor and organizational immersion are variables to be considered. Further, for teaching orientation to increase, they should increase their awareness of fun and organizational immersion.
