어린이집의 강점기반 컨설팅 모형 탐색

Exploring the consulting model based on strength of daycare center

본 연구는 기존의 문제해결식 컨설팅에서 벗어나 어린이집이 지닌 우수한 특성을 구성원들이 인식하고 활용할 수 있게 돕는 강점기반 컨설팅을 통하여 보육교직원의 직무 만족도, 부모의 보육서비스 만족도를 높이고 영유아의 발달에 도움이 되는 컨설팅의 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 부산, 울산지역 보육전문가 3명, 보육컨설턴트 3명, 원장 및 경력 보육교사 6명으로 총 12명의 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 및 어린이집에 재직 중인 원장 및 보육교사 222명에게 설문지 조사를 실시하였으며, 전문가 집단 10명에게 의뢰하여 적절성을 검토하였다. 연구결과로는 어린이집의 강점기반 컨설팅은 ‘어린이집 구성원들이 사전에 인식하지 못하고 있던 어린이집의 강점을 파악하고 활용하는 기회를 제공하여 구성원 스스로가 기관의 긍정적 가치를 함께 정립할 수 있는 컨설팅’으로 개념화 할 수 있다. 컨설팅 영역은 6개 영역(윤리성‧관계성‧전문성‧지역성‧체계성‧긍정조직성)과 17개 세부영역을 준거로 가지며, 운영체계로는 산-학-관 협력, 횟수는 어린이집의 요청에 따라 연 2회 이상, 컨설턴트는 각 분야별 맞춤형 전문가 2인의 지원이 요구되었다.

The purpose of this study was to solve the difficulty that prescriptive consulting of problem-solving access gives to daycare center, and to prepare basic information of a study to maintain an excellent quality of daycare centers by suggesting positive directions for daycare centers through strength-based access. Study contents to achieve the purpose of this study were as follows. First, awareness and requirement of experts and daycare teaching staffs regarding strength-based consulting of daycare center were examined. Second, a draft proposal of a strength-based consulting model of daycare center was developed. The participants this study were 222 early childhood teachers and 12 early childhood experts in Busan, Ulsan. The research tools used were focus group interview and SPSS 21.0 program. The results can be summarized as follows. “Industry-academy-government” model is a prime model in consulting operating system, and consulting number is twice a year, so this is reflected. Requirements in the area of strength-based consulting of daycare center are in the order of relationship, professionalism, ethicality, method, regionality, positive coordination, and closeness to nature, and a total 6 areas were classified by combining the closeness to nature with other areas through examination of its appropriateness by experts. In case of consultants, preference rates of daycare expert, site expert, experts in the interest world, and consultants are different by areas, and team collaboration of two persons occupies the highest rate in support system of consultants, so arrangement of consultants according to each area is divided.
