아버지의 어린이집 연락장 쓰기 경험의 의미 탐색

Exploring the meaning of the experience of writing a father s daycare center interactive note

본 연구는 아버지들의 어린이집 연락장 쓰기 경험이 주는 의미를 탐색함으로써 연락장 쓰기 경험이 아버지 육아에 주는 시사점을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 위해 B직장어린이집의 영유아반 아버지 11명을 연구참여자로 하여 그들이 쓴 어린이집 연락장을 내용분석 하였고, 연락장 쓰기 경험에 대한 아버지의 목소리를 직접 듣기 위해 개방형 설문지를 통해 그들의 의견을 모아 연구결과를 해석하는데 참고하였다. 분석한 결과, ‘아이를 이해하다’, ‘육아에 동참하다’, ‘아버지로서 나를 돌아보다’ 로 범주화하여 아버지의 어린이집 연락장 쓰기 경험의 의미를 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 통해 아버지가 쓰는 어린이집 연락장은 아버지 육아참여를 높이는 효과적인 방법이 됨과 동시에 어린이집과 가정을 이어주는 매개 역할을 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 부모로서의 자기 성숙의 시간일 뿐만 아니라 양육의 주체로써 아버지상을 생성해가는 과정이라는 점에서 아버지 연락장 쓰기의 교육적 가치를 확인할 수 있었다.

This study was intended to serve as the basis for providing suggestions for father s parenting by exploring the meaning of the experience of writing a father s daycare center interactive note. For this purpose, 11 fathers of B Daycare Center participated, and in the study their interactive notes analyzed. And We collected their opinions through open questionnaires in oder to hear the father s voice on the educational implications of the notes. According to the results of the study, the fathers said it was an opportunity to understand their children, join in parenting, and look back on themselves as fathers. The study showed that a father s interactive note was an effective way to increase father s parental participation while also serving as a bridge between home and daycare center. Also the father s experience of writing interactive notes for their children was meaningful in that it was not only a time of self-reflection but also a process of creating as the subject of parenting.
