키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 유아교육기관 조직에 대한 연구동향 분석

Research trends relating to organization of early childhood educational institutes through the keyword network analysis

본 연구에서는 키워드 네트워크 분석을 통해 유아교육기관 조직과 관련한 연구물들의 전반적인 특징, 주제현황, 주제들 간의 관계를 탐구하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국학술지 인용색인을 통해 관련학술지를 검색하였으며, 그 결과 1차 선정된 326편의 연구물 중 유아교육기관 조직과 관련이 없는 연구물, 연구방법 및 결과가 불충분한 연구물 등을 제외한 214편의 논문이 최종 연구대상으로 선정되었다. 연구결과, 첫째, 키워드 내용분석에서는 조직몰입, 조직문화, 리더십, 직무만족이 가장 빈번하게 출현하는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직구성원을 나타내는 키워드 중 보육교사가 단연 높은 빈도로 출현하였다. 둘째, 키워드 네트워크 분석 결과, 보육교사, 리더십, 조직몰입이 근접중심성을 제외한 모든 중심성 수치에서 높게 나타났으며, 마지막으로 키워드 네트워크 하위집단 분석을 통해 연결정도가 4이상인 노드집단을 시각화하여 제시하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로, 유아교육기관 조직과 관련하여 향후 진행될 연구의 주제 및 방향에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to explore research trends relating to organization of early childhood education institutes through the keyword network analysis. To address the purpose, 826 key words in 214 articles were analyzed. Data were analyzed using the UCINET6 program. The result of the study were summarized as follows. First, the keyword of organizational commitment, organizational culture, leadership and job satisfaction were shown most frequently. Second, the keyword of child care teacher, leadership, and organizational commitment were highly placed in all centrality besides closeness centrality. Lastly, the group of node high in the network degree was shown through k-core analysis. Based on these findings, implications for the study of organization of early childhood education were discussed.
