대학생 창업교육이 셀프리더십, 혁신행동 및 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 중국 대학생을 중심으로

A Study on the Effect of Entrepreneurship Education of University Students on Self-Leadership, Innovative Behavior and Entrepreneurship Intention: Focusing on Chinese University Students

본 연구는 우리나라를 포함한 많은 국가에서 창업에 대한 관심 증대되고, 창업교육이 활성화되고 있는 시점에서 창업선도 국가로 알려져 있는 중국의 대학생들을 대상으로 창업교육과 창업의도에 대한 실증 분석을 시도하였다. 현재 중국은 국가적 차원에서 창업에 대한 열의를 보이고 있으며 특히 대학 교육에 있어 창업의 중요성을 인지하고 다양한 방법으로 창업을 활성화시키고 있다. 무엇보다 중국 대학생의 실제적인 창업 비율이 매우 높은 상황에서 창업 교육의 성과를 구조적 모형을 통해 검증하고 주효한 요인을 발견하고자한다. 즉 중국 대학생의 창업교육, 셀프리더십, 혁신행동, 창업의도 간의 구조적 인과관계를 관찰하여 시사점을 도출하고, 이를 토대로 향후 우리나라 대학에서의 창업교육 방향성을 제안해 보는 것에 본 연구의 의의를 둔다. 연구 결과, 중국 대학생들에 대한 창업교육은 창업의도에 직접적으로 영향을 미치기보다는 창업교육을 통해 얻은 다양한 지식과 경험이 셀프리더십에 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 셀프리더십을 통해 창업의도가 높아지는 것을 알 수 있어 셀프리더십이 창업교육과 창업의도의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 창업교육은 학생들의 혁신적인 행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 혁신행동이 창업의도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나 셀프리더십과 혁신행동을 강조한 창업교육이 필요함을 언급할 수 있으며 이를 바탕으로 체계적인 창업교육이 이루어진다면 대학생의 진로탐색에 있어서 창업에 대한 의도와 함께 창업 행위를 이끌어낼 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

This study attempted an empirical analysis of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions for university students in China, known as a leading country for entrepreneurship, at a time when interest in entrepreneurship is increasing in many countries and entrepreneurship education is being revitalized. The significance of this study is to find implications by observing the structural causal relationship between entrepreneurship education, self-leadership, innovative behavior, and entrepreneurship intention of Chinese university students, and to suggest the direction of entrepreneurship education for Korean university students based on this. As a result of the study, it was found that, rather than directly affecting the entrepreneurial intentions of entrepreneurship education, the various knowledge and experiences gained through entrepreneurship education had a positive effect on self-leadership, and that self-leadership increased the entrepreneurial intention. In addition, it can be mentioned that entrepreneurship education emphasizing self-leadership and innovative behavior is necessary because it has been shown that entrepreneurship education has a positive effect on students innovative behavior and innovative behavior affects entrepreneurial intention. Based on this, if systematic entrepreneurship education is implemented, it is judged that college students can lead entrepreneurship activities.
