일본 보육기관에서 이루어진 신체활동의 운영 실제와 의미 탐색

Exploring the significance of physical activity at childcare institutions in Japan: focusing on Sakura-Sakuranbo rhythm play

본 연구는 일본 보육기관에서 이루어지고 있는 사쿠라·사쿠란보 리듬놀이의 운영실제를 분석함으로써 그 운영의 특성과 의미를 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사쿠라·사쿠란보 리듬놀이의 실제 운영상 나타나는 특징으로는, 리듬놀이를 매일하는 것이 기본이 되어 있고, 다양한 구성으로 운영되고 있다는 점, 리듬놀이는 아이들의 연령과 개인적 역량에 맞춰서 실행된다는 점, 리듬놀이는 아이들이 주체적으로 판단해서 몸을 움직이도록 운영된다는 점으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사쿠라·사쿠란보 리듬놀이의 교육적 의미로는, 리듬놀이를 통해서 아이의 생활상을 들여다 볼 수 있었고, 아이들의 모방능력을 최대한으로 활용하고 있었으며, 함께하는 즐거움을 발현하게 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the nature and significance of Sakura-Sakuranbo rhythm play by analyzing its actual operation in Japanese childcare institutions. The results of the study were as follows. First, the characteristics of the Sakura-Sakuranbo rhythm play, as it appears in operation, include the fact that rhythm play is performed on a daily basis, that it is operated in various configurations, and that it is performed according to children age and personal ability. The play showed that the children were taught to judge and move their bodies independently. Second, in terms of the educational significance of the Sakura-Sakuranbo rhythm play, we were able to examine the children lives through rhythm play, taking advantage of their imitation ability, and expressing the joy of being together.
