누리과정에 기반한 만 5세 유아용 다중지능프로그램 개발

Development of a multiple intelligences program based on Nuri-curriculum for five-year-old children

본 연구는 누리과정에 기반하여 만 5세 유아의 다중지능을 증진하는데 도움이 되는 프로그램을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 프로그램의 내용은 누리과정에 제시된 생활주제 가운데 생활도구의 ‘다리’, 건강과 안전의 ‘야구’, 환경과 생활의 ‘물’과 우리나라의 ‘세종대왕’ 등이 채택되었고, 각각의 주제마다 다중지능영역과 관련된 8가지 활동으로 구성하여 전체 32개 활동이 개발되었다. 프로그램 운영방법은 주 2회, 1회 30-50분 내외로 실시하도록 하고, 대소집단활동, 자유선택활동, 실외활동 등의 활동형태 및 다중지능관련 흥미영역을 구성하여 제공하도록 하였다. 프로그램의 평가는 누리과정에서의 유아평가 방법에 터하여 관찰, 작품분석 등을 통해 활동과정과 결과에 대한 다면적이고 전반적인 평가를 지향하도록 구성되었다. 본 프로그램은 국가수준 교육과정과 연결 지어 활동을 재구성하고, 이를 통해 유아교육현장에서 적용 가능한 특성화된 프로그램을 개발하였다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

This study was conducted with the aim of developing a program to promote multiple intelligences in five-year-old children, based on the Nuri curriculum. The content of the program includes “bridge,” “baseball,” “water”, and “King Sejong.” Each topic is composed of eight of these activities, with 32 activities in total. The 32 activities are as follows: seven language intelligence activities, four logical and mathematical intelligence activities, seven spatial intelligence activities, one music intelligence activity, three physical exercise intelligence activities, three interpersonal intelligence activities, two self-understanding intelligence activities, and five nature-friendly intelligence activities. The program has been developed such that each session is 30-50 minutes long and is conducted twice a week. Moreover, it was configured to provide case-group activities, free choice activities, outdoor activities, and other interesting activities that would promote multiple intelligences. The program has been adapted to the orientation and overall evaluation of the students. This program is significant as it is a combination of the Nuri curriculum and multiple intelligence theory, which promotes the holistic development of children.
