키워드 네트워크 분석을 통한 유아교사 연구동향 분석

Trends relating to early childhood teacher research through keyword network analysis

본 연구는 유아교사와 관련된 연구의 동향을 파악하고자 영향력이 높다고 증명된 학술지에게재된 유아교사 관련 연구들에 제시된 키워드에 대하여 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 키워드네트워크 분석을 통하여 유아교사연구에서 중요하게 다루는 주제는 무엇이며 주제들 간 관계는 어떠한지 알 수 있다. 결과를 제시하면, 첫째, 직무만족, 직무스트레스, 교사효능감, 누리과정 키워드가 가장 많이 출현하며 연결강도도 높았다. 둘째, 발문유형, 소통, 언어 등의 키워드는 근접중심성이 높아 다른 키워드와 가깝게 위치하며, 직무만족, 직무스트레스, 교육실습, 교사효능감, 교수효능감 등의 키워드는 다른 키워드 사이에 존재하여 매개역할을 하고 있었다. 셋째, 직무만족과 직무스트레스는 조직문화, 임파워먼트, 근무환경, 리더십, 소진, 교사전문성등과 관련되어 연구되고 있었으며, 교사효능감, 교수효능감 연구는 직무환경, 직무만족, 의사결정, 회복탄력성, 임파워먼트, 소진 등의 주제와 관련되어 있었다. 유아교사 관련 키워드 네트워크는 전체적으로 조밀하다기 보다는 각각 집단을 형성하여 넓게 분포되어 있었다.

This study comprised a network analysis on the keyword appearing in studies on early childhood education. When presenting the results, first of all, job satisfaction, job stress, teacher efficacy, and the Nuri curriculum were found to be the most common keywords, highly linked to one another. The type of questioning, communication, and language were centrally located and closely related to other keywords. Job satisfaction, job stress, teaching practice, and keywords relating to teachers, such as efficacy and teaching efficacy, were present, playing an intermediary role between the different keywords. The study of job satisfaction and job stress involved the following topics: organizational culture, empowerment, the work environment, leadership, burnout, and teacher expertise. Studies on teacher efficacy and teaching efficacy, comprising the working environment, job satisfaction, decision making, and resilience, were related to the empowerment and exhaustion themes. The keyword network was more widely distributed than were distinct groups thereof.
